Scope of Services and Licensure
KLW Outpatient Aftercare operates exclusively within Nashville, Tennessee, and designated surrounding counties. We operate as a licensed Personal Support Services Agency (PSSA) offering non-medical services provided exclusively by qualified Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs). Alongside these non-medical services, our specialized nurse-led clinical services (such as IV Hydration Therapy, wound and drain care, and Manual Lymph Drainage) are provided exclusively by Registered Nurses (RNs) acting within their state-defined scope of practice.
The availability of specific services is subject to geographic location, staff availability, completion of a comprehensive RN-led intake and risk assessment, and individual patient assessment. Information on this website regarding service offerings does not guarantee the enrollment or availability of those services to any specific individual. KLW reserves the right to terminate services if a recipient's needs exceed the scope of services we can safely provide in the home setting.
Client Rights and Responsibilities
As detailed in our service manuals, KLW Outpatient Aftercare upholds the right of every client to be treated with dignity, respect, and full recognition of their individuality, free from abuse, neglect, and discrimination. Clients have the right to be fully informed of their care plan, to refuse treatment, and to voice grievances without fear of reprisal.
In turn, clients are responsible for providing accurate health information, participating in their care plan, treating KLW staff with respect, ensuring a safe and hazard-free home environment for our staff, and notifying KLW of any changes in their condition or physician orders.

For the convenience and information of our users, the KLW Outpatient Aftercare website may contain links to third-party websites, organizations, or resources. KLW Outpatient Aftercare does not endorse, control, monitor, or take responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
